About GX Bags
Are you Australian owned and operated?
Yes — we’re proudly Australian owned and operated. We’re a family-run business supplying customers right across Australia, from independent businesses and retailers through to national organisations.
Where are you based?
Our main warehouse is in Brisbane, Queensland, and we also have a team based in Adelaide, South Australia. We work with customers Australia-wide and regularly travel to meet in person when helpful. If you’d like to visit the warehouse or arrange a pickup, we can organise this by appointment.
Do you only sell to businesses?
We’re primarily a wholesale supplier for businesses, retailers and organisations, but we’re happy to help with enquiries of all sizes. If you’re ordering for a business, event, store, school or community group, we can guide you to the best option — whether that’s cartons from our in-stock range or a custom bag made to suit your needs.
What products do you supply?
We supply wholesale reusable bags in two main ways:
• Bags In Stock — ready-to-ship bags available in carton quantities, either plain or printed with our own designs.
• Custom Bags — made to your specifications (including size, materials and print) so the final bag suits your brand and how you’ll use it.
Whether you need shopping bags, cooler bags, tote bags or something else entirely, we’ll help you choose the right option for your business.

Do you supply plain (unprinted) bags?
Yes, we can supply plain (unprinted) bags. Please let us know the style you’re after and your rough quantity, and we’ll recommend the most suitable option and confirm carton sizes and pricing.
Do you supply paper bags?
No, we specialise in reusable bag solutions rather than paper bags. If you’re aiming for an eco-friendly option your customers can reuse again and again, we can recommend the best material and style for your business.
Bags In Stock (Ready to Ship)
What does “Bags In Stock” mean?
“Bags In Stock” are ready-to-ship, pre-made bags that we keep on hand in our local warehouse for fast dispatch Australia-wide. They’re supplied in carton quantities and are available either plain (unprinted) or printed with our own designs.
They’re ideal if you need stock quickly, want an easy reorder, or you’d like to trial a style without going through a full custom production process.
How are Bags In Stock supplied — can I order small quantities?
Our in-stock bags are supplied in carton quantities (rather than individual bags). This helps keep pricing competitive and makes shipping and handling simpler. Carton quantities vary by product, so if you tell us what you’re looking at, we can confirm the carton size and any design-mix details.
Can I pick and choose specific designs within a carton?
Most of our in-stock ranges are supplied as a premix of designs within each carton. This is popular with retailers because it gives instant variety on the shelf without needing to select every design. Some products may be available as a single design depending on the range — if you have a preference, let us know and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
How quickly are Bags In Stock dispatched?
In most cases, we dispatch in–stock bags from our local warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your location — we can confirm the expected timing when you order and provide tracking once it’s on the way.
Can I reorder the same Bags In Stock product again later?
Yes — all of our in-stock lines are easy to reorder. Please keep in mind that design mixes can vary between cartons as designs may be updated from time to time, so if you’re trying to match a specific print exactly, let us know and we’ll advise the best approach.

Can I request a sample of a Bags In Stock item?
Yes, we can send samples so you can check the size and quality before ordering. A small fee may apply to cover postage. Please tell us which product you’re interested in and we’ll organise the quickest option.
Custom Bags (Made to Order)
Can I customise bags with my company’s logo?
Absolutely! We can print your logo and fully customise the bag to suit your business, including the size, material, colours, handles, and overall style. Whether you’re after a simple, cost-effective option or a premium bag designed to make a strong impression, we’ll help you choose the best fit. You’ll receive a digital mock-up to approve before production begins.
What can be customised?
Custom bags can be tailored to suit your business needs. Common customisation options include:
• bag size and shape
• materials
• handles
• colours
• branding and artwork placement
Depending on the style, we can also add features such as insulation, zippers, buttons, magnets, embroidery, reinforced stitching and more.
If you tell us how the bags will be used (retail, events, gifting, promotions, heavier items, etc.), we’ll recommend the best combination so they look great and perform well.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom bags?
MOQs vary depending on the bag style and specifications. Custom bags are typically produced in wholesale-style runs (hundreds rather than dozens), but we can still quote based on what you need — with better unit pricing at higher quantities. Send us your requirements (bag style, size, material and branding) and we’ll confirm the MOQ and pricing for that exact option. There’s no maximum order quantity — we can support both smaller wholesale runs and much larger orders.
Can I reorder the same custom bag again later?
Yes — reorders are easy. Once your artwork and specifications are approved, we keep the final files and details on record so you can reorder the same bag again without starting from scratch.
How long do custom bags take?
Custom bags do not automatically mean a long wait. Once the design and specifications are approved, we can typically deliver most custom bag orders in around four weeks, depending on the bag style, quantity, branding and customisation required.
Where the deadline allows, however, confirming your order around 12 weeks before delivery generally provides the best pricing, widest choice of materials and customisation options, and a more relaxed artwork and approval process. If you have a specific deadline, let us know and we’ll recommend the best option.
Can we receive samples of your custom bags?
Yes — we can provide samples so you can check the look and feel before committing to a full order. Depending on what you need, this may be an existing sample or a custom sample, and charges/timing can vary based on the level of customisation. Please tell us what you’re aiming for and we’ll recommend the best sample option and confirm the expected timing.
How involved can I be in the design process?
As involved as you’d like. Some customers send finished artwork and simply approve the mock-up, while others work through layout and sizing with us. Either way, you’ll receive a digital mock-up to approve before production begins.
Can you create custom bag designs from scratch, or do I need to provide a design?
Either is fine. You can provide your own artwork, or if you only have a logo (or even just an idea), our design team can help put together a layout that suits your brand and the bag style you choose.
Artwork, Proofing and Print
What artwork files do you need?
For the best print result, we recommend vector artwork (such as AI, PDF or EPS) so your logo stays crisp at any size. If you have professional files, send them through and we’ll confirm they’re print-ready.
Not sure what you have? No problem — even if it’s a PNG or JPG from a website or email signature, send it anyway. We’ll check it and let you know if it’s suitable, or the easiest way to make it print-ready.

Can I see a digital mock-up before production?
Yes, we’ll provide a digital mock-up showing the artwork placement and overall layout. You can request adjustments if needed, and we only move to production once you’ve approved the final version.
After approval, we’ll also produce a pre-production sample and send you images for sign-off before full production begins. If you’d like a physical sample sent to you for approval, we can arrange this for an additional cost.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes, we can work with your brand colours and guide you on the best approach for the material and printing method. If you have Pantone colours, please send them through. Exact colour matching can vary slightly between materials and print processes, but we’ll aim for the closest, most consistent result and confirm expectations before production.

What materials do you offer?
We offer a wide range of reusable materials including jute, hessian, juco, cotton, calico, canvas and non-woven. If you’re not sure what’s best, tell us how the bags will be used (and the look you’re after) and we’ll recommend the most suitable option.

Can you supply eco-friendly bags for my business?
Yes, eco-friendly reusable bags are what we specialise in! We’ll help you choose a material and style that suits your needs, whether you’re aiming for a natural premium look, a strong everyday carry bag, or something practical and cost-effective for high volume use.
How durable are your bags?
Our bags are designed for durability and repeated use. We use high-quality materials and robust stitching to ensure they’re reliable, long-lasting, and well suited to everyday use — including carrying heavier items.
If your business has any specific requirements (for example, extra-heavy loads, longer carry distances, chilled products, or a particular look and feel), please let us know and we can recommend the best option and any suitable adjustments.
How do I know your bags are environmentally friendly?
Eco-friendly reusable bags are what we specialise in. Our bags are designed to be reused again and again, helping reduce reliance on single-use alternatives. We use a range of natural fibre materials such as jute, hessian, juco, cotton, calico and canvas — popular for their durability, reusability and natural look — along with selected non-woven options designed for long-term reuse. We also take responsible sourcing seriously: our supply chain is regularly audited against recognised standards including the Global Recycled Standard (GRS v4.0) and the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS v6.0). Pricing, Quotes and Ordering
How do I get a quote?
Quotes are free. The quickest way is to click Get A Quote on the product you’re viewing. Alternatively, you can contact us directly — just include:
• the quantity you’re after
• the material and size (if known)
• whether it’s Bags In Stock or Custom Bags
• any branding details (for custom)
If you’re not sure about specs yet, that’s fine — tell us how you plan to use the bags and we can recommend a suitable option before quoting.

What happens after I request a quote?
We’ll confirm the key details (quantity, size, material and branding), send pricing, and help you finalise the best option for your needs — including expected lead times and delivery. For custom bags, we’ll also prepare a digital mock-up (included at no charge) for your approval before anything goes into production.
Can I request a quote for multiple products at once?
Yes, absolutely. Send through a short list (or links) of what you’re interested in, along with rough quantities for each, and we’ll put together pricing across multiple options so you can compare easily.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes – larger orders have better per-unit pricing, and for in-stock orders we offer shipping discounts depending on the quantities and delivery location. If you let us know your expected volumes, we’ll provide the best pricing we can.
Can you deliver to multiple store locations?
Yes, we can arrange delivery to suit your needs. Please send us the delivery addresses and quantity breakdowns and we’ll help coordinate the most practical way to dispatch and deliver.
Delivery, Pickup and Shipping
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia-wide. If you need delivery overseas, please let us know and we can discuss some shipping options.
What is your usual shipping time?
For Bags In Stock, we typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery time then depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. If you have a deadline, please tell us upfront and we’ll confirm expected timing and the best shipping option to meet it.
How much does shipping cost?
For our Bags In Stock range, shipping is calculated based on your order and delivery location. We offer shipping discounts for larger orders.
For custom bag orders, freight is included in your quoted price unless stated otherwise. We’ll confirm freight clearly when we quote.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we can arrange express shipping for both in-stock and custom orders. Please let us know your required date and we’ll recommend the best available option with pricing.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, warehouse pickup can be arranged by prior appointment. Please contact us to organise a suitable time.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer or cash. If you have any questions about payment details when placing an order, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
